Leadership Presence is an immersive programme designed to help you embody the behaviours of visible, authentic and trustworthy leadership. Designed for professionals who have experience leading teams in a senior role, this programme takes a creative and practical approach in helping you lead others with openness, honesty and purpose. What does great leadership look like? How do you manage yourself in complex leadership scenarios? Being an influential leader demands skills far beyond technical expertise. It requires sophisticated and nuanced communication, a high level of self-awareness and the crucial ability to flex your leadership style to suit the demands of the moment with both sensitivity and courage.

This course will bridge the gap between the leader you are today and the leader you want to become. It will gently challenge you to grow and expand your self-image as a leader through a rigorously experiential and applied approach.
